3 stories condo located on the oceanside is surrounded by rolling green lawns. Ocean view buildings are set back approximately 100 yards from the water. Between the ocean and the oceanview buildings there is a grassy park area, with swaying palm trees, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Partial ocean view & garden view building are set behind the Ocean view building facing to the nice back yard.
This condo has much things to offer. Possible to windsurfing launch (for Intermediate level and up. just be careful for shallow reef. ) The swimming pool is located in the center of the property, with views out to the ocean. The pool area also has a jacuzzi & sauna, gas BBQ's and a poolside Activities desk to assist your stay. The beach in front of the property is a wonderful spot for viewing our fantastic Maui sunsets.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units available with fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers in unit, cable T.V.'s, phone with voice mail and ceiling fan.

1 bedroom 1 bath=approx 740 Sq ft, 1 queen & 1 queen size sofa bed
2 bedroom 2 bath=approx 1075 Sq ft, 1 queen, 2 twins & 1 queen size sofa bed
3 bedroom 3 bath=approx 1460 Sq ft, 1 queen, 4 twins & 1 queen size sofa bed

4 nights minimum stay (except X'mas holiday season)
No daily maid service included in room charge.

COMMENT : Cozy & comfortable place to stay with affordable price ! Room is compact size, just simply clean standard condos (which is NOT luxurious), but this property has much things to offer. Enjoy nice open atmosphere for grassy park area (kids love it !) and pool & jacuzzi area on the oceanside. Friendly front desk staff is remarkable.
