Oceanfront condominium located on the white sandy beach. One of Maui's best beaches for strolling, sunning and swimming is right outside your door. It is NOT perfect for windsurfing launch because of wind direction, you may want to get out on the beach for some long walks. One bedroom is a kind of compact size, but ocean front unit is absolutelly oceanfront with fabulous coastal views. On-site amenities include tennis courts, pool, wading pool, jacuzzi, sauna, putting green , BBQs, shops and activity center.

There are 1 and 2 bedroom units available with fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers in unit, cable T.V.'s, phone, air conditioner, shops, restautant.

Average unit size (including lanai) & standard bedding information (some exceptions) :
1 bedroom 1 bath=approx 709 Sq ft, 1 queen & 1 queen size sofa bed
2 bedroom 2 bath=approx 1500 Sq ft, 1 queen, 2 twins & 1 queen size sofa bed

4 nights minimum stay (except X'mas holiday season)
No daily maid service included in room charge.

COMMENT : Exceptional beachfront location ! Actually unit is very simple and compact size, but the fabulous direct ocean front view makes this condo more valuable. If you put priority for ocean front views, this is a good choice in Kihei area.
