This Hawaiian Style Oceanfront house & cottage are surrounded by Coconut Trees and Hawaiian Coastline and Ocean views. The fenced in property offers great privacy and is only a few minutes walk away from Paia town.
The Main House (2 bedroom 2.5 bath) is very simple old hawaiian style (very average unit somewhat rustic, but comfortably clean) , the master bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor with it’s own ocean view patio and the second bedroom is a a one bedroom suite on the first floor with kitchenette and private bathroom.
The separate cottage (approx 500 sq ft) is situated at the edge of property with ocean front lanai, very cute and new.
Ocean front garden are common area shared by main house & cottage guests. House and cottage are separated, however, they are located close each other.
(Children age under 16 are not permitted to stay at this property.)

COMMENT:
This is an affordable ocean front house and convenient location walking distance to Paia town. Main House is somewhat rustic but simply clean, feel old hawaiian style. Cottage is very cute with great ocean front location. Please aware that house & cottage are located close each other and ocean front garden are common area.
